Palestinian Women's Association for Development, Beit Sahour

The Palestinian Women's Association for Development is a non-profit organization that was established in 2001 and is committed to empowering Palestinian women at all levels of society.

The organization was founded by a group of women who feel it is important for women to meaningfully participate in the economic, social, and political aspects of society in order to create sustainable development. The organization works toward achieving this goal by teaching women's rights education, empowering communication skills, teaching embroidery and traditional handicrafts, and working to create jobs where women can earn an income.
