All items on the Folk Art Mavens site are available for purchase using either Visa or MasterCard.
Shipping Terms
Shipping options are USPS and UPS. Shipping times are estimates based on the carriers' delivery times and cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will keep all of your personal information collected on this site strictly confidential. We will not sell, rent, disclose, or loan your personal data to others.
If you choose to register on this site, we will keep your personal data on the site solely for your ease of use. Registering allows you to enter your shipping and billing addresses, your contact phone and email, saving your time when you return to the site. In no case will we save your credit card information on site. To increase your security you will need to reenter your credit card information everytime you make a purchase.
Any information you provide Folk Art Mavens with will be treated with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
Returns
We want our customers to be happy with the products they have purchased. We will be happy to take returns on all unused items and will reimburse customers on receipt of the returns.
Please be aware that hand-made products are unique, so you should expect products to vary a certain amount from the product pictures. In the case of wood carvings, the grain differs from item to item; in the case of textiles, there might be minimal variations in size or pattern.
Our beautiful jackets and vests will not fit all women. Please email us to make inquiries on our sizes or to special order clothing in your size.
